9. Refunds & Reversals
Refund decisions belong to the organizer, not Zplit. Zplit may, in its sole discretion, facilitate an approved refund through the original payment flow.
Approved refunds are generally processed in full to the original payer.
If payouts have already been distributed, Zplit may trigger automatic reversal of previously distributed funds through Stripe, subject to Stripe’s capabilities and rules.
Payment processing fees are typically non-refundable. Any non-refundable fees, shortfalls, or other unrecoverable amounts remain the responsibility of the organizer.
Zplit may require written confirmation or supporting documentation before reviewing a refund request.
