1. Introduction

Welcome to Zplit — a simple way to automate revenue sharing when multiple collaborators work on the same client project.

Zplit lets you define who gets what, generate a single Stripe-powered payment link for your client, and have payouts automatically routed to each collaborator according to the percentages you set.

Who Zplit is for

Zplit is designed for:

  • Independent freelancers who hire assistants or specialists and want clean, automated payouts.

  • Creative studios and agencies that split revenue with editors, designers, producers, or other partners.

  • Event & production teams (weddings, video, audio, etc.) that need one client payment and multiple payees.

  • Small businesses with revenue-sharing partners who want transparent, agreed splits handled automatically.

How Zplit works at a glance

  1. You set a project total and assign percentages to each collaborator.

  2. Zplit generates a Stripe-hosted payment link for your client.

  3. When the client pays, Zplit collects the payment, applies a 2% Zplit fee, and instructs Stripe to route each collaborator’s share to their connected Stripe account.
